Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users of the bdgam platform, including visitors, registered account holders, and any person who accesses or uses any feature, service, game, or content offered through bdgam. bdgam is an online gaming platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. The platform offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, crash games, fishing games, and related gaming content.

By accessing the bdgam platform, creating a bdgam account, or placing any wager through bdgam, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. • You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf when registering and using bdgam. Corporate or syndicate accounts are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering. bdgam may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm the information you have provided. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
• You may hold only one registered account on bdgam. Operating multiple accounts — including through the use of different personal details, device identifiers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds held across those accounts.

Account Registration and Responsibility

When you register a bdgam account, you accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. The following obligations apply to all registered bdgam account holders.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdgam login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access details with any third party. bdgam will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify bdgam immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can contact the bdgam support team at [email protected] at any time. bdgam may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported unauthorised access.
• The personal information you provide to bdgam — including your name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment account details — must be accurate and current at all times. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. bdgam reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information held on your account.
• bdgam accounts are strictly personal. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your bdgam account or any funds held in it to any other person. Any attempt to do so will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

bdgam supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally recognised payment methods. All transactions are subject to the following terms.

• The minimum deposit amount on bdgam is ৳100. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. bdgam does not charge a transaction fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. Deposits are typically credited to your bdgam account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment gateway.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that is registered in your own name and that you have previously used to deposit funds to bdgam, or a payment account that has been successfully verified by the bdgam compliance team. bdgam does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• bdgam reserves the right to carry out identity, source-of-funds, and KYC verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification steps have been satisfactorily completed. bdgam aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Any funds in your bdgam account that are identified as the proceeds of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct will be subject to immediate freezing. bdgam will co-operate fully with any relevant authorities in any investigation into suspected illegal conduct involving funds on the platform.
• bdgam wallet balances do not accrue interest. Funds held in a bdgam account are used exclusively for gaming activity on the platform and are not available as a general financial product or investment vehicle. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for any applicable tax obligations arising from gaming winnings under local legislation.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bdgam may offer bonuses, free spins, deposit match promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside each offer.

• All bonuses awarded to a bdgam account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times a bonus (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered through eligible games before any withdrawal of associated winnings can be made.
• bdgam reserves the right to decline, withdraw, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including in cases where bdgam reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting a promotion through irregular playing patterns or by creating multiple accounts.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. • Players are solely responsible for reviewing the specific terms of any bonus or promotional offer before accepting it. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting, wagering, and gaming activity conducted through bdgam. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may also apply and will be published separately on the relevant product pages.

• All bets placed on bdgam are final once confirmed. bdgam will not reverse or refund a bet that has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, except in cases where a game, match, or event has been materially affected by a demonstrable technical error on the part of bdgam.
• bdgam uses certified random number generation (RNG) for all slot and non-live casino games to ensure fair and verifiable outcomes. • Match fixing, collusion, or any form of corrupt activity involving bdgam markets — including the deliberate manipulation of results to exploit betting markets — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure, full forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

Account Suspension and Termination

bdgam reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account — temporarily or permanently — in the following circumstances, without prior notice where the matter is time-sensitive.

• Where bdgam has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player has breached these Terms in any material way — including by providing false identity information, operating multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, or using automated tools — bdgam may immediately suspend the account pending a formal review.
• Where bdgam is required to suspend or close an account in order to comply with a legal obligation, regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement request, bdgam will do so without delay and without prior notice to the account holder.
• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the bdgam support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bdgam will process any pending withdrawals of verified cleared funds before closing the account. Accounts closed as a result of Terms breaches are not eligible for return of bonus-derived funds.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdgam and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bdgam platform or any content, service, or game offered through it. This includes, without limitation, loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, even if bdgam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bdgam makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. While bdgam takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bdgam's control may occasionally affect access to or performance of the platform. bdgam shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

Amendments to These Terms

bdgam reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdgam will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bdgam platform following any revision to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
